The present invention provides an air cleaner for a vehicle, capable of conveniently using various kinds of portable devices by including a plurality of USB ports storing charge protocols following charge specifications of the portable devices as well as killing bacteria and molds remaining indoors and deodorizing bad smells such as cigarette smoke. To this end, the present invention provides a charger (10) for a vehicle comprising: a connector (14) which is inserted into a charger body (12) accommodating a circuit board therein, via a cigar socket electrically connected with a vehicle battery; and a charge cable of an I/O port charge connector of a smart device, wherein the charge cable (15) is replaced with a plurality of USB ports storing charge protocols following charge specifications of portable devices, and the charger (10) for a vehicle further comprises a short prevention circuit (160) connected to a power unit (150) which switches the power of the connector (120). Here, an anion generator for generating anions is installed inside a case (210) with air suction port (230) and an air exhaust port (240) for sucking and exhausting indoor air, and an air cleaner (200) extended in one direction of the charger body (12) via a connection member (250) is formed integrally with the case (210).
