摘要 The present invention relates to an advanced wastewater treatment apparatus using a submerged separation membrane with which wastewater is biologically treated and treated water is solid-liquid separated by using the submerged separation membrane instead of using any additional precipitation facility and, more particularly, to an advanced wastewater treatment apparatus that is configured to include an oxygen-less tank, an anaerobic tank, an aerobic tank, and a membrane separation tank. A denitrification mechanism-based nitrogen removal function is executed through a buffer operation with respect to an impact load of the quality of raw water flowing in from a flow rate adjustment tank and the transfer of an aerobic tank nitrification liquid and the F/M ratio is freely adjusted in the oxygen-less tank that is provided with an MLSS concentration adjustment device so as to provide against the impact load of the raw water inflow and the low water temperature during winter while phosphorus is removed through surplus phosphorus intake of the aerobic tank and phosphorus discharge from the anaerobic tank and treated water is ultimately produced in the membrane separation tank having the submerged separation membrane with the floating matter and bacteria separated. In the aerobic tank that includes a microbubble supply device, a sludge transfer liquid containing high dissolved oxygen is circulated through an increase in oxygen dissolution based on the microbubble supply device and supercharged air of the membrane separation tank so that the operation of a blower which consumes significant power is minimized, automatic response to a change in raw water load becomes possible, and energy consumption is minimized.
