<p>The present invention provides a paste for an electrode of a solar cell, which has a high packing density in order to offer a solar cell having low series resistance. The present specification relates to a paste for an electrode of a solar cell comprising a conductive powder, glass frit and a vehicle. The conductive powder comprises i) a first Ag powder having an average grain diameter of 0.1-0.8 micrometers; ii) a second Ag powder having an average grain diameter of 0.5-1.5 micrometers; and iii) a third Ag powder having an average grain diameter of 2.0-4.0 micrometers, and the first Ag powder, the second Ag powder and the third Ag powder are spherical.</p> |
