<p>The present invention relates to an optical device integrated with a driving circuit and a power supply circuit. According to the present invention, provided is an optical device which includes an optical device substrate including a plurality of transverse vertical insulating layers vertically penetrating the substrate in a transverse direction; an optical device cavity formed on the optical device substrate; and a plurality of optical devices attached to a top surface of the optical device substrate in the optical device cavity, wherein the transverse vertical insulating layers are parallel to each other in the optical device cavity, the optical devices, which are disposed in the same direction as the transverse vertical insulating layers, are electrically connected in parallel to each other, and the optical devices, which are disposed in the direction perpendicular to the transverse vertical insulating layers, are electrically connected in series to each other.</p> |
