<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a country information extraction device for a user terminal and a method capable of effectively performing user management based on country information by extracting information on a country in which the user terminal that has connected to a server using network information is located at the time of server connection. <P>SOLUTION: The country information extraction device for a user terminal includes: a receiving unit for receiving network information of at least one router that is collected on the user terminal; a location information inquiry unit for inquiring the country information of at least one router from the received network information; and a country determination unit for determining country information on the country in which the user terminal is located on the basis of the inquired country information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
