PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chocolate having a new texture, taste and appearance by sprinkling edible solid materials on the chocolate surface so as to be bound thereto in a new manufacturing method of chocolate different from a conventional manufacturing method; and the manufacturing method.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of chocolate includes: a filling step of filling a mold with liquid chocolate; a sprinkling step of sprinkling edible solid materials on the chocolate in the mold; a first binding step for binding a specific material in the edible solid materials sprinkled on the chocolate in the mold to the chocolate by imparting vibration to the mold; a second binding step of binding the edible solid materials to the chocolate by pressing down the edible solid materials sprinkled on the chocolate with a presser face corresponding to the planar shape of the chocolate to be manufactured; and a step for solidifying the chocolate in the mold by cooling the mold and then taking out the solidified chocolate to which the edible solid materials are bound from the mold. |
