PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that conventional LED light-emitting devices have such a complicated structure as to work against cost reduction.SOLUTION: There is provided an LED light-emitting device including a circuit board, an LED die module, an LED drive element, and a package body. The circuit board includes a heat conduction substrate, and a conductive layer and two electrodes provided on the heat conduction substrate. The LED die module and the LED drive element are soldered to the conductive layer, and the LED drive element is electrically connected to the LED die module and the two electrodes via the conductive layer. The package body coats the LED die module and the LED drive element so that the LED die module is sealed inside the package body. This allows the two electrodes to be electrically connected to an external power supply, thereby causing the LED die module to glow via the conductive layer and the LED drive element. |
