<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tsunami and tidal wave energy reduction device which prevents wave energy of a tidal wave cause by a typhoon and a tsunami, which does not deteriorate coastal landscapes, which does not cause inconvenience to navigation of a ship, and which can serve as a fish bed.SOLUTION: Hard rubber sheets provided with an air chamber are arranged by being continuously connected and fixed in sea-level and sea-bottom directions and a horizontal direction parallel to the coastline under the sea. Additionally, the continuously connected and fixed hard rubber sheets are continuously connected at arbitrary distances along the length of the coastline and suspended under the sea.</p> |
