According to an embodiment of the present invention, a pickling line/tandem cold mill (PCM) facility applies an elongation rate to a steel plate, thereby including a scale breaker generating an initial crack on a scale layer formed on a surface of the steel plate; a pickling tank removing the scale layer on the surface of the steel plate passed through the scale breaker; a control unit calculating thickness of material based on the elongation rate and thickness of indicated material received from the outside, and setting a rolling condition in accordance with the thickness of the material and thickness of a product; and a roller formed of multiple rolls, and rolling the steel plate passed through the pickling tank in accordance with the rolling condition. An object of the present invention is to provide a PCM facility capable of setting a rolling condition more appropriately by accurately re-deciding thickness of material in accordance with the elongation rate at the scale breaker. Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for setting a rolling condition of the PCM facility to achieve the above. |
