PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas turbine optimum controller capable of optimizing fuel consumption in a variable cycle engine and achieving operation cost reduction.SOLUTION: A fuel consumption rate SFC is estimated using a given variable mechanism control parameter value LPTVSVREF. A change between a fuel consumption rate estimate using a variable mechanism control parameter value in a previous calculation period and a fuel consumption rate estimate using a variable mechanism control parameter value in a current calculation period is calculated. A new variable mechanism control parameter value LPTVSV_SEARCHPOINT for a minimum fuel consumption rate estimate is calculated. The new variable mechanism control parameter value LPTVSV_SEARCHPOINT is added to a preset control parameter initial value so as to be used as the variable mechanism control parameter command value LPTVSVREF in a next calculation period.
