PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for enhancing a small cell in a radio communication system.SOLUTION: A method of the invention includes the step of at least allocating a first cell and a second cell to UE, in which the first cell is related to a master evolved node B (MeNB), and the second cell is related to a secondary evolved node B (SeNB) (905). The method also includes the step of receiving a command including information on activation or deactivation of a cell (910). The method further includes the step of determining whether the information on activation or deactivation of the cell should be used or ignored on the basis of a determination condition (915). |
