PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a motivation for using an application by a user before starting provision of the application.SOLUTION: A management device manages information regarding an application before starting provision among a plurality of object applications to be objects of the management, and transmits an application list of at least one before provision start application to a terminal device, and manages, as a record of customer guidance information, identification information of a selection application selected in the terminal device from at least one before provision start application in association with unique identification information for specifying the terminal device, and executes reward providing processing in which a reward is provided for a user using the terminal device when it is determined that a selection application is installed in the terminal device based on installation notification information including the identification information of the object application installed in the terminal device and the unique identification information for specifying the terminal device and the record of the managed customer guidance information.
