PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polynucleotide capable of expressing human FcγRIIIa efficiently in a host, and to provide a method for producing the human FcγRIIIa efficiently utilizing the polynucleotide concerned.SOLUTION: Human FcγRIIIa can be produced with Escherichia coli efficiently by utilizing the polynucleotide obtained by transforming, with coliform codon, a protein comprising at least a part of extracellular region among the human FcγRIIIa. |
