<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid draining pipe and a method and a device for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A fluid draining pipe is constituted by a main pipe 2 formed by one pipe without having a welded portion, and a branch pipe connected in a branch divided state to a connection hole 3 formed in a halfway portion of the main pipe. A device 10 for manufacturing the pipe includes: a split die 20 having a lower die fixed by a base 70 and supporting a lower half of a prescribed portion of the main pipe horizontally arranged from a lower side, and an upper die 22 freely lifted and lowered in a vertical direction and holding an upper half of the prescribed portion of the main pipe from an upper side; a pierce punch freely lifted and lowered in the vertical direction and lowered to chip off one side surface in a prescribed portion of the main pipe from the upper side so that a connection hole to which the branch pipe is connected is formed; and a correcting punch 40 movable in the horizontal direction and intruding into the connection hole in order to correct the correction hole to a prescribed shape.</p> |
