<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bias current control circuit that is compact and consumes less power by controlling a bias current in a more compact circuit.SOLUTION: The bias current control circuit includes: a bipolar transistor 101 having a base terminal to which a reference voltage VH is applied; a bipolar transistor 102 forming a first differential pair with the bipolar transistor 101, and having a base terminal to which a control voltage VGH is applied; a bipolar transistor 103 turning on in response to a level of a reference voltage VL; a bipolar transistor 104 connected in series with the first differential pair, forming a second differential pair with the bipolar transistor 103, and turning on in response to a difference between a control voltage VGL and the reference voltage VL to supply a current to the first differential pair; and MOS transistors 105-107 connected to the first differential pair, and outputting a bias current on the basis of a current output from the bipolar transistor 101.</p> |
