PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil unit for thin film inductor which can be made compact and thin by minimizing the overall thickness, and which allows for mass production by designing the characteristics of the thin film inductor more freely, and simplifying the manufacturing process, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor, and a thin film inductor and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: A coil unit 100 for thin film inductor includes an insulating material 110 having double insulation layers 111, 112 of different materials, and a coil pattern 120 integrated with the upper and lower surfaces of the insulating material 110.
