摘要 |

The present invention relates to a method for producing a zinc oxide-reduced graphene oxide composite, wherein the method comprises the steps of preparing zinc oxide nanoparticles; preparing graphene oxide; coating the graphene oxide on the surface of the zinc oxide nanoparticles by dispersing the zinc oxide nanoparticles and graphene oxide in dimethylformamide; reducing the graphene oxide by adding hydrazine monohydrate in a byproduct produced by coating the graphene oxide on the surface of the zinc oxide nanoparticles; selectively separating the zinc oxide nanoparticles coated with the reduced graphene oxide; drying the zinc oxide nanoparticles coated with the reduced graphene oxide obtained by being selectively separated; and sintering a zinc oxide-reduced graphene oxide composite powder obtained by drying the same through a discharge plasma sintering technique. The zinc oxide-reduced graphene oxide composite produced in the present invention has improved electric conductivity, carrier concentration, and mobility and exhibits excellent charge transferring properties.
|
