PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of performing an advance determination before starting a print process, maintaining work efficiency, even in the case of connecting a third party finisher with unknown performance.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus body 203 connected with a third party finishing ACC 201 via a connection I/F 202 performs: interrupting a sheet output step to the finisher upon receiving an error report from the finishing ACC 201; displaying sheet information meeting a given condition of a sheet that has been output immediately before receiving the error report so as to cause an operator to select a sheet causing the error and register the sheet in a sheet feed determination table as a feed-prohibited sheet. Thereafter, a feed sheet is determined on the basis of a sheet feed permitting-prohibiting flag in the sheet feed determination table. |
