PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a copper alloy for electronic/electric apparatus, high in conductivity, proof stress and vickers hardness and consisting of Cu-Zr based alloy suitable for a component for electronic/electric apparatus, such as a terminal and relay of a connector or a bus bar; and a copper alloy sheet for electronic/electric apparatus, component for electronic/electric apparatus, terminal and bus bar formed of the copper alloy for electronic/electric apparatus.SOLUTION: The copper alloy for electronic/electric apparatus has a composition including Zr of 0.01 mass% or more and less than 0.11 mass%, Si of 0.002 mass% or more and less than 0.03 mass% and the remainder consisting of Cu and inevitable impurities, and the ratio Zr/Si of a Zr content (mass%) to a Si content (mass%) is 2 or more and 30 or less.
