<p>The present invention relates to a medium including a tomato extract and a use of the same. The medium manufactured according to the present invention can culture microorganisms and lactobacillus with the low costs by replacing an existing high cost medium having a complicated medium composition. The present invention has a purpose of providing a medium for culturing microorganisms, which is characterized by comprising 10-20 parts by weight of a tomato extract, 20-30 parts by weight of a whey powder, 0.05-0.2 parts by weight of an alkylase, 5-15 parts by weight of an yeast extract, 1-3 parts by weight of ammonium citrate, 0.1-1.5 parts by weight of an emulsifier, and 0.01-0.5 parts by weight of MgSO4 for the total weight of the medium.</p> |
