<p>The present invention relates to a pallet with a reinforced fork insertion unit. The pallet is developed to prevent damage to the fork insertion unit during a process of inserting a fork in the pallet and lifting the fork up and down on the ground, and facilitates the replacement of a worn-out part or a damaged part; and comprises: six or more spacing blocks which have upper and lower plates vertically spaced apart from each other and a pair of fork insertion units having a fork inserted therein, formed on both sides of the upper and lower plate opposite to each other or four sides, wherein three spacing blocks are arranged on both ends and the center of the sides where the pair of fork insertion units are formed include a pair of cylindrical fixating rod insertion units extended to have a cylindrical shape formed by having a reduced vertical width by the upper end stepped down to be lower than the upper surface of the pallet, and the lower end raised to be higher than the bottom surface of the pallet; and several reinforcing ribs protruding from the outer circumferential surface of the fixating rod insertion unit extended in a longitudinal direction; a pair of second fork insertion units penetrated to correspond and communicate with the fork insertion units in order for the protruding spacing blocks to be inserted and fixed therebetween. A reinforcing panel having a fixating rod insertion hole corresponding to the fixating rod insertion unit, and penetrating the upper and lower surfaces thereon is mounted on each side having the fork insertion unit formed thereon in order for the cylindrical fixating rod to forcibly be inserted and fixated in the fork insertion unit.</p> |
