<p>The present invention relates to a semiconductor design technology and, more specifically, to a system device capable of reducing power consumption and increasing operating speed by minimizing toggling of data and a data strobe signal. To achieve this, the system device includes a memory device configured to write a preset data pattern on a cell array without toggling input data, wherein the data pattern is stored in the memory device using a separate storage unit; and a controller configured to supply data to the memory device and, when data has a preset data pattern, supply a control signal for reporting this to the memory device.</p> |
