<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accelerometer whose responsiveness at high frequency can be improved.SOLUTION: A plurality of magnetic fine particles are dispersed in a solvent 1a of a container 1. An electrode 3 is provided in each of both ends of the container 1, voltage control means 4 is connected to the electrode 3. Coils 7A and 7B are provided around the container 1, and calculation means 6 is connected to the coils 7A and 7B, and the voltage control means 4. The inductance of the coils 7A and 7B change according to a distribution change of the magnetic fine particles 2 due to the acceleration applied to the container 1. The calculation means 6 detects the acceleration applied to the container 1 on the basis of a change in the inductance of the coils 7A and 7B. The voltage control means 4 applies voltage to the electrode 3 so as to cancel the change in the inductance of the coils 7A and 7B detected by the calculation means 6.</p> |
