Disclosed in the present invention is an optical imaging system with improved resolution. The disclosed optical imaging system comprises: a substrate where a sample having a stained fluorescent substance is placed; a plurality of dimer nano-pillars formed on the substrate; a light source unit providing a light source to the substrate. The light source unit provides incident light to the substrate by having a first light source off and activating a second light source and a third light source at the same time after exciting the fluorescent substance by supplying the incident light by the first light source to the substrate. According to the disclosed optical imaging system of the present invention, provided is an advantage of providing resolution beyond diffraction limit. |
