MANUFACTURING METHOD OF A THREE-DIMENSIONAL LATTICE TRUSS STRUCTURE USING FLEXIBLE WIRES

The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a three-dimensional lattice truss structure using flexibility wires. The present invention is to provide the method of manufacturing the three-dimensional lattice truss structure to simultaneously weave the flexibility wires in an inplane direction and lateral direction in a consecutive process. The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: (a) arranging a plurality of lateral wires; (b) forming a cross portion between the lateral wires mutually by switching a free end; (c) inserting a plurality of inplane wires in a y direction or an x direction on the cross portion; (d) moving the inplane wires parallelly to a z direction; and (e) inserting a boundary rod into the y direction or the x direction.
