A window member according to the present invention includes a first rigid part and a second rigid part which are made of rigid materials, and a base substrate which includes a folding part which is interposed between the first and second rigid parts and is folded due to an external force. The folding part includes a first region and a second region which are alternatively arranged on a plane which is orthogonal to the thickness direction of the base substrate. The first region is made of the rigid materials. At least a part of the second region is made of soft materials with flexibility. Therefore, the rigid material maintains the hardness of the window member, and the soft material improves the flexibility of the window member. |
