PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve communication reliability aimed at a communication method in which a predetermined transmission suspension time following a predetermined transmission allocation time is required.SOLUTION: A radio disaster prevention system includes a plurality of radio sensors 16-11 to 34, radio wave repeaters 14-1 to 3, radio reception repeaters 12-1 to 3 and a receiver 10. When the radio sensor 16-11 transmits a radio signal to the radio wave repeater 14-1, if an acknowledgement radio signal is not received from the radio reception repeater 12-1 after transmitting the radio signal with predetermined transmission power of initial setting within a transmission allocation time, the radio sensor 16-11 repeats retransmitting the radio signal while increasing the initially set transmission power, until the acknowledgement radio signal is received. |
