PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an address to be excellently reproduced by separating addresses into first same data between adjacent tracks and second different data between the adjacent tracks, and conducting a modulation by a respectively suitable modulation scheme.SOLUTION: In an optical information recording medium of a constant angular velocity (CAV) or a zone CAV, a group is preliminarily formed that consecutively wobbles, information is caused to be recorded in the group and a land adjacent to the group. By modulating the wobble, address information is recorded, and the address information includes first same data between the adjacent tracks and second different data between the adjacent tracks. The first data and the second data are modulated by a first modulation scheme and a second modulation scheme, respectively and the optical information recording medium has the modulated first and second data recorded. |
