<p>The present invention relates to an epoxy putty composition with excellent cutting properties for cultural asset restoration capable of maximizing the stability of relics and process convenience by minimizing pressure applied to a cultural asset by improving cutting properties in order to restore cultural assets such as a pottery, an earthenware and the like which are easy to be damaged and difficult to be restored when being damaged. The epoxy putty composition comprises a main material and a hardening material. The main material includes a resin mixture consisting of 30-60 wt% of a hydrogenation bisphenol A polymer having epichlorohydrin as a main resin, 15-30 wt% of 3,4-epoxycyclohexylmethyl 3,4-epoxycyclohexane carboxylate as a subresin, 13-30 wt% of 3-ethyl-3-oxetane methanol as a reactive diluent, 1-3 wt% of propylene carbonate 1 as an end reagent, 1-2 wt% of 3-glycidoxy propyl trimethoxysilane 1 as a coupling agent and 2-4 wt% of sulfonium salt as an initiator and 30-60 parts by weight of glass microballon as an inorganic filler based on 100 parts by weight of the resin mixture. The hardening material includes 2,2,4(2,4,4)-trimethyl-1,6-hexanediamine as a main hardening material and 30-50 parts by weight of a mixture of talc and plaster as an inorganic filler based on 100 parts by weight of the main hardening material.</p> |
