PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus in which count values of respective columns are the same and it is not necessary to change a clock signal.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus comprises: a pixel (101) that generates a signal by photoelectric conversion; a comparator (103) that compares the signal generated by the pixel with a first reference signal which changes with a lapse of time; and a control unit (200) that changes a change rate of the first reference signal with respect to a lapse of time in accordance with a comparison result of the comparator. |
