<p>The present invention relates to a downlink HARQ execution method used in a TDD system and a device thereof. An ACK/NACK terminal according to the present invention, which is used in a multi-carrier system, includes: a reception unit which receives the eIMTA setting information ordering the UL-DL setting change in the n+1-th wireless frame for one or more serving cells; an RRC processing unit which detects adaptive DL reference UL-DL setting for the n-th and n+1-th wireless frames of the serving cell #0 and 1 based on the eIMTA setting information; and a HARQ processing unit which sets the adaptive downlink HARQ timing based on the detected adaptive DL reference UL-DL setting. The present invention can adaptively detect the DL-HARQ timing even when the TDD UL-DL is dynamically adjusted. Accordingly, the present invention can smoothly carry out the HARD operation without any delay or performance degradation.</p> |
