摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a method of lining a wall of a concrete structure with a complex synthetic resin panel capable of being usefully used as materials for a building and internal materials for a concrete tank storing water. The present invention allows an existing ductile PE sheet to have stiffness by using shell powders including calcium carbonate as main ingredients and facilitates attachment and construction by a wet insulation method of mortar or compressed cement by manufacturing a standardized complex synthetic resin panel with excellent leveling after performing drying by spraying a latex adhesion composition after attaching downy PE fiber fabrics or concavo-convex nonwoven fabrics to the back side of a shell PE panel by thermal bonding. Accordingly, the present invention allows an existing PE sheet to be changed in physical properties by shell powders and sprays a latex adhesion composition on the back side of a shell PE panel formed by thermally fusing a downy PE fiber fabric with a thermal fusion press after producing the shell PE panel of a tile shape of a certain standard in an injection molding machine instead of the existing PE sheet. The present invention prevents breakaway by being completely and closely attached after drying by thermally fusing the downy PE fiber fabric on the back side of the shell PE panel and attaching the latex adhesion composition on the other side and allows the complex synthetic resin panel to be easily attached by applying compressed cement or mortar on a concrete wall.</p>
