The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing recycling aggregates which manufactures recycling aggregates by crushing waste concrete with a predetermined size which comprises: a housing including a hopper formed in the upper side in which waste concrete is put and a discharging unit to which the recycling aggregate is discharged; crushing transfer units which transfer the input waste concrete and are formed in a caterpillar form in order to crush; vibration crushing units which are installed in the lower side of the housing and exfoliate cement mortar attached to the recycling aggregate in order to manufacture the recycling aggregates from the transferring waste concrete; and supporting frames which are settled on the ground and support the housing and the crushing transfer units. The apparatus for manufacturing recycling aggregates include the carapillar shaped crush transfer units which crush waste concrete and vibration crushing units which vibrate the waste concrete and separate the recycling aggreates from the cement mortar inside the housing in order to: crush the waste concrete while transferring and exfoliate the cement mortar attached to the recycling aggregates so that good quality recycling aggreates can be manufactured; isolate the recycling aggregates only and use as aggregates for concrete; use as aggregates for roads by mixing the recycling aggregates with crushed cement mortar; easily install in a narrow space by forming the structure into one body; and install a plurality of recycling aggregate manufacturing facilities in one driving motor so that productivity can be drastically enhanced.
