PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feature extraction program and an information processing apparatus capable of capturing spatial correlation without using a backpropagation method in a case of extracting features of image information, and suppressing an arithmetic processing load and memory consumption as compared with a conventional technique.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus 1 includes: basic feature amount extraction means 100 extracting a feature amount from image information 111 in a layer 0; leaning means 102 performing learning using feature amounts extracted in a plurality of layers, and outputting learning result information 112; feature amount extraction means 101 extracting a feature amount, by k-means clustering, from an output of a previous layer on the basis of the learning result information 112 output from the learning means 102 in each of the layers other than the layer 0; and pooling processing means 103 performing pooling processing on the feature amount extracted by the feature amount extraction means 101 in each of the layers other than the layer 0, and setting a pooling-processed feature amount as an output of the layer. |
