摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement a shorter time to set an output voltage at a predetermined value than before while suppressing an increase in power consumption.SOLUTION: A voltage generation circuit has: a first voltage generation section for outputting a first voltage to a first signal line in response to a start signal; a second voltage generation section for outputting a second voltage to a second signal line on the basis of the first voltage; a buffer section for outputting an output voltage in response to the first voltage; and a switch section for connecting an output terminal of the second voltage generation section to an output voltage terminal in a first period in which the second voltage is lower than the first voltage, and connecting an output terminal of the buffer section to the output voltage terminal when the second voltage is equal to or higher than the first voltage. The second voltage generation section has an acceleration section for providing a higher capability of generating the second voltage in a second period in which a difference of the first voltage from the second voltage is equal to or smaller than a first value within the first period, than in the period in which the difference of the first voltage from the second voltage is larger than the first value.
