PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature sensitive device including a hob plate of a radiation heating device and a temperature sensor, which eliminates temperature measurement errors due to large temperature changes across the surface region of the hob plate.SOLUTION: A temperature sensitive device 10 includes a heat transfer plate 14, a temperature sensor is attached to the heat transfer plate, and the heat transfer plate 14 is provided on the lower surface of a hob plate. Consequently, the temperature sensitive device 10 can perform measurement in an averaged manner over a relatively large area, and can be simply attached in a reliable manner. |
