The present invention relates to a separating type filling sealant and a construction method thereof. Specifically, the present invention enables construction to be completed without additional silicon finishing touches as the filling sealant is connected to an expansion joint buried between concrete structures. Moreover, the present invention allows a coupling distance between each other to be easily adjusted according to a thickness of the expansion joint during construction, preventing damage caused by a concrete structure stretched beyond the maximum tensile strength in winter and summer seasons. |
