PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a conductive sheet, by which uniformity of surface resistance in a conductive sheet comprising a polythiophene-based conducting agent and conductive fiber can be increased, and to provide a conductive sheet and a touch panel including the conductive sheet.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a conductive sheet includes: a step of applying a coating liquid on a substrate to form a coating film; and a step of drying the coating film to form a conductive layer. The coating liquid comprises conductive fiber, a polythiophene-based conducting agent, and a silane coupling compound, in which compounded parts (a) of the conductive fiber, compounded parts (b) of the polythiophene-based conducting agent and compounded parts (c) of the silane coupling compound satisfy 0.15≤a/b≤1.9 and 0.10≤c/(a+b)≤1.8. |
