PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lining removal device which can precisely remove a lining as a lining removal device which is used when re-lining and so on of a lining steel pipe is performed.SOLUTION: A lining removal device 2, which is a device which removes a lining while running a lining steel pipe 1 includes in an order from an upstream side: a circumferential direction slit device 10 for forming a circumferential direction gap in the lining; an axial direction slit device 20 for forming an axial direction gap in the lining; a circumferential direction removal device 30 for removing the lining in a circumferential direction from the axial gap as a starting point; and a scraper device 40 for removing the lining in an axial direction.
