<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve flexible power saving of a radio base station device.SOLUTION: A radio base station device includes: a plurality of components that correspond to a plurality of sectors of the radio base station device respectively and process signals communicated with radio communication terminal devices situated in corresponding sectors; a power saving determination unit that receives traffic of the plurality of components and determines that a component having light traffic is a power saving object component; and a power saving processing instruction unit that receives the traffic of the plurality of components, compares radio communication terminal resources which the power saving object component uses with radio communication terminal resources which the other components do not use, if the radio communication terminal resources which the other components do not use are more than the radio communication terminal resources which the power saving object component uses, moves the radio communication terminal resources which the power saving object component uses to the radio communication terminal resources which the other components do not use, and has the power saving object component turn off power.</p> |
