摘要 The present invention relates to a heat exchanger with a built-in preheater, which uses high temperature exhaust gas emitted from the cathode of a fuel cell stack to convert the high temperature exhaust gas produced in the fuel cell stack into a high temperature gas mixture through a heat exchange process between water and fuel in order to supply hydrogen necessary for the anode. According to the present invention, the heat exchanger with a built-in preheater comprises a heat exchange unit (10), which has multiple high temperature channels (100) for recovering heat from high temperature exhaust gas having entered from the lower part and passing through to the upper part, and multiple low temperature channels (110) for receiving water and fuel and converting the water and the fuel into a gas mixture by heat-exchange with the heat of the high temperature channels (100), wherein the high temperature channels and the low temperature channels are alternately arranged in the horizontal direction between two external protective plates (120); an inlet port (20) and an outlet port (30) installed at the lower part and the upper part of the heat exchange unit (10), and supplying and discharging the high temperature exhaust gas to and from the heat exchange unit (10); a water supply unit (40) installed at the upper part of one side of the heat exchange unit (10), and having multiple jet pipes (42) supplying water into the low temperature channel (110); a fuel supply unit (50) installed on the upper part of the other side of the heat exchange unit (10) having the water supply unit (40) installed, positioned lower than the water supply unit (40) and supplying fuel into the low temperature channel (110); and a gas mixture discharge unit (60) installed at the lower part of the side of the heat exchange unit (10) having the water supply unit (40) installed, and discharging the gas mixture converted at the lower temperature channel (110) of the heat exchange unit (10).
