The present invention relates to a driver circuit of a semiconductor apparatus. The present invention includes: a driver which generates an internal voltage by using a power voltage in response to a control voltage; and a control unit which varies the control voltage on a higher level than the power voltage in response to a standby mode signal. An embodiment of the present invention provides the driver circuit of the semiconductor apparatus so as to perform a stable operation and reduce a current. |
