<p>The present invention relates to divide a stacked ceramics substrate in which a glass layer and a ceramics substrate are arranged on top of each other. To this end, a scribe line (S1) is formed on a glass layer (11) of the stacked ceramics substrate (10) consisting of the glass layer (11) and a ceramics layer (12) along a division prearranged line by a scribe device. And then, a scribe line (S2) is formed on the ceramics layer (12) along the division prearranged line by the scribe device. The ceramics substrate stops from one side surface along the scribe lines (S1, S2). Accordingly, the stacked ceramics substrate (10) can be completely divided.</p> |
