PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid aneurysm treatment device having blood flow modification function equivalent to a flow diverter and capable of embolizing a coil from clearances of a mesh just like a stent for assisting the coil embolization treatment.SOLUTION: An intravascular treatment hybrid stent 1 having a similarity structure 2 has clearances for inserting a micro catheter for placing a coil to enable coil embolization after the placement. Further, the intravascular treatment hybrid stent having the similarity structure has the blood flow modification effect equivalent to the flow diverter, and the mesh is provided with the similarity structure, so that the blood flow passing through the mesh generates turbulence while forming various small/large eddies and the eddies interfere with each other to provide a new effect of suppressing backflow.
