PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcast device enabling easy connection of a standby power storage device.SOLUTION: A broadcast device 1 has a main body device 10 including: a rectifier 11 for converting the AC voltage of a commercial power supply 100 into a DC voltage; an emergency power storage device 20, charged with the supplied DC voltage, for supplying power to an external amplifier 110 in the case of emergency; and a control device 30 for controlling a power supply system including the emergency power storage device 20. The main body device 10 is connectable to a standby power storage device 40 to be charged by the DC voltage. The standby power storage device 40 is connected to the main body device 10 through shared power wiring 46 for use in both cases of charging and discharging. |
