PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce torque ripple in a low current range in a magnet assisted reluctance motor.SOLUTION: A brushless motor 1 is a magnet assisted reluctance motor in which a rotor is rotated by reluctance torque and magnet torque. A rotor 3 includes an S-pole magnet 26s of which the cross section is arcuate, and an N-pole magnet 26n. The magnets 26s and 26n are provided in a layer shape three by three for each pole and embedded within a slit 25 which is formed in a rotor core 24 in the state where a protruding-side portion is turned towards a rotor center Or. In an end portion of a slit 25c in an outermost layer of the slit 25, a tapered part 43 is formed by linearly forming an edge of the slit 25c. A clearance between the tapered part 43 and a slit 25b in an intermediate layer becomes a magnetic flux control part 44 that controls a magnetic flux amount flowing between slits 25a and 25b.
|
