The present invention relates to a concrete structure for controlling alkali ion leaching and a device and a method for treating a concrete surface for the same. More specifically, through a free-carbonation technique, carbonization is artificially performed on the surface of concrete, so that the leaching of alkali ions from concrete can be controlled. Accordingly, ecological environment stability can be improved, and inner sealing of concrete can be improved. To achieve such, the method of the present invention comprises an evacuating step of making a space in which produced concrete is disposed into a vacuum state through a particular process; a carbon dioxide injecting step of injecting carbon dioxide into the evacuated space; and an influence factor controlling step of forming a calcium carbonate layer on the surface of concrete by controlling an influence factor on the surface of concrete to promote carbonization. |
