Provided are a method and a system for estimating an optimal demanded power generation quantity of a wind turbine in a wind farm. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for estimating a demanded power generation quantity allocates the demanded power generation quantity for each wind turbine provided in a wind plant based on wind resource being incident to the wind plant. Thereby, the present invention can minimize operation costs for the wind plant and reduce operation costs due to a minimized abrasion of the wind turbine while satisfying the total demanded power generation quantity at the same time. |
