A network (10) comprises one or more devices (1, 2, 3, 4, 5), each device (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) having an address and said address comprising a device address (1.1, 2.2, 3.3, 4.4, 5.5) which is unique for each device (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) on said network (10), and a network address (A), which is common for all devices (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) on said network (10).
