<p>The module has a channel (59) extending along direction, and drive pulleys (31a-31d) provided on a side of the channel. The pulleys include a drive surface. An elongated band includes portions (61a, 61b) comprising an internal face cooperating with the drive surface of the pulleys and an opposed external face cooperating with a flexible medical organ. The band is stretched by the pulleys with an elongated portion extending along the channel according to the direction. One of the pulleys is motorized.
